We seek a dynamic and results-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
• Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions to generate sales.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information professionally.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and leads.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of telesales/customer service experience preferred.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and persuasion skills.
o Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
o Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
o Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software.
