1. Identify and meet potential customers to sell them products as per their need
2. Get product-wise required approvals / achieve disbursement targets assigned on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
3. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the growth of personal portfolio and maximization of sales
4. Keep customers informed of new products, services, and promotional activities
5. Build a good customer base and maintain strong business relationships with corporate and commercial entities
6. Efficiently handle queries and complaints of customers by involving relevant staff/departments
7. Conduct research on product bundling
8. Maintain close coordination with the team leader, branch manager, and back office staff to provide prompt and excellent services to customers
9. Regularly follow the process of the sales model and submit required reports to the team leader/line manager in a timely manner
10. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
11. Obtain and maintain desired product knowledge through pieces of training and enhance self-awareness to improve the quality of work
